Its Started.

Stage 1 Repair
Before Anything else
Under body -metal piece ripped off / repair. - Inspected now

Stage 2 - Take Out
Interior Strip everything out of the back
Interior Strip everything out of the front (Seats etc)
Leave Front Door Cards In and window motors
Air Con Remove
Carpet Remove
Internal Heater Remove ( thinking leave this in for now)
Rear Wiper Remove & Grommet
Remove Front Wiper Passenger side
Washer bottles remove front and rear
Remove spare wheel and emergengy kit
Change Steering wheel remove with airbag - Airbag removed
Remove roof aerial ( Grommet )
Remove seat belts


Put In
Seats - already have, need to position etc
Steering Wheel
Harness?

Service
Cam Chain Service & Plastic tensioner
Engine oil & oil filter ( 20W50 ) filter element
Compression Test cylinders (baseline figures) Done 160/170/180/180/180/200
Spark plugs
Gearbox and diff oil - 75W90
Gearbox selectors check ( wire or mechanical )
Steering pump oil - atf ordered
Brake Pads - ordering
Brake Discs - ordering
Brake Fluid Change (Dot 5) - ordering
Brake lines (braided lines) - ordering
Clutch Fluid - ordering


Engine
Bottom End Rods Shells Change
Bottom End - Inspect and replace main shells


Later on to do
Cams
Ecu - Chip
Exhaust Header & Maifold - now fitted
Polyurethane Bushes
Head Lights removal
Fuel tank Remove
2 x fuel tank replace
2 x fuel pumps
1 change over switch
Remove Glass ( Doors , Rear windows + Rear Main Window)
Replace Lexan for above ( Doors , Rear Windows + Rear Main Window)
Rollo Cage Add ( 5-7 Point )


Stage Weight Saving
Rear Boot Door Change to FRP
Front Doors change to FRP
Add in Extra Points to 5-7 point cage to include side impact

fuck me this is loud with no exhaust/downpipes/manifolds or inlet manifold afm or throttle body lol

Have updated the first post, anything in green is now done.

Not bad but looking forward to time away from it at the end of March, Underspent coping well and not killed anyone yet despite being a media superstar :)

right well what can i say.

Front end is off, radiator removed and air con completely removed from engine bay.

Thermostat has been removed from the housing.

Now is the progress going well. why yes , yes I think it is.:D

Well needless to say exhaust manifold needed work, but its been done now.

All good, a little costly on the drills but now at least I have a damn good set.
